Founded in 1883, F.J. Dahill has been working on the roofs, walls, and structures that define Connecticut — from universities to historic mansions, hospitals, and churches across the state. We are a commercial and industrial restoration contractor, but more than that, we are stewards of the architectural fabric our clients have entrusted to us for over a century. Every project is approached with the patience, precision, and respect that buildings of significance deserve.

The first generation begins commercial roofing and restoration work serving the New Haven and greater Connecticut markets.
Yale Ingalls Rink — "The Yale Whale"
F.J. Dahill is selected to work on Eero Saarinen’s architectural icon, beginning a relationship with Yale University that continues to this day.
