For over 20 years, F.J. Dahill has partnered with this Connecticut manufacturing facility to complete large-scale roof replacement projects, tackling sections of up to 70,000 square feet at a time. This long-standing relationship reflects our commitment to consistent quality, dependable service, and protecting the facility’s roofing assets over the long term.
Throughout the partnership, our team has installed multiple roofing systems, including Carlisle EPDM, TPO, and fleece-back membrane systems, tailoring each project to the facility’s needs and performance requirements. In addition to large-scale replacements, F.J. Dahill continues to provide ongoing service and maintenance for the roofing systems we have installed, helping address developing issues, maintain roof performance, and extend service life.
Working within an active manufacturing environment requires careful planning, coordinated execution, and a consistent focus on safety. Through decades of installation and ongoing service, F.J. F.J. Dahill completed a full roof replacement at another Connecticut Education Center, removing the aging roofing system and installing a new gray TPO roof designed for long-term performance and weather protection.
The building’s distinctive architecture required careful planning, precise installation, and custom metal fabrication to achieve a clean, durable finish. Working within an active educational environment added another layer of complexity, demanding close coordination, strict safety practices, and minimal disruption to daily campus activities.
Following the roof replacement, our team supported the installation of the new solar system, helping advance the facility’s renewable energy goals. From complex architectural details to coordinating multiple phases of work, F.J. Dahill delivered a complete roofing solution built around quality, safety, and long-term building performance.

More than 80 years after Frank “Jack” Dahill’s famous work on the church’s steeple, F.J. Dahill returned to Center Church on the Green for a major structural restoration.
The project included extensive work on the 205-foot historic steeple, including structural repairs, wood replacement, water-damage repairs, and restoration of historic architectural details.
The project connected a century of Dahill craftsmen to one of New Haven’s most recognizable landmarks.

NEW HAVEN — There was no daredevil steeplejack, balanced on one foot and holding on with one hand, but it has been an adventure for the craftsmen who have lived it for the past two years.
The steeple on Center Church on the Green, which tops out at 205 feet from the ground, has been strengthened and repaired for the next century through a partnership of modern engineering and artistic understanding of the original builders.
